After starting Reflexgroup in 1988 in Paris with a passion for travel and adventure, opening the digital arm in 1996, Luc moved to the USA to open ReflexNY in 2002, then Shanghai in 2006, and London in 2010, because creation has no frontier. He now lives in NYC, traveling one week a month to each city. Luc studied at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris.
Shivangi has a unique multicultural background- being raised in India, educated in the USA, and worked globally in Milan, New York & now London. Shivangi has successfully executed multiple digital campaigns, planned multi-channel marketing activations and has a sharp sense in creative concepts and storytelling. Her expertise is in social media marketing and digital strategy for luxury brands.
Graduated from McGill with a BA in English Literature, focused on dramatic studies and minor in cinema. Newspaper writer, she’s now focusing more on marketing copywriting and working on various projects for international brands. Born in Montreal, she’s now based in London.
After a master's degree in communication & marketing at ISCOM Paris followed by an MBA in cultural project management at EAC in Paris, Emilie chose a more creative path as an artist representative. Working between Chicago and Paris fo 10 years allowed her to gain international expertise on both production and client management.
Gini has spent the past few years working in Germany, Italy, and Malta before deciding to settle in New York. She has a bachelor's in visual communications. She specializes in digital and offline deliverables including websites, brand identity, and packaging. She currently works on Ferrari, Innisfree, Ralph Lauren, and YSL Beauty to name a few.
Yiping was admitted to Hohai University in 2002 and went to study in France as an exchange student in 2005. He acquired the engineer degree from Polytech-Lille and master degree from Hohai University in 2009, after which he joined reflexgroup. He likes following the latest trends in web development and particularly displaying beautiful graphics in browsers.

His professional experience includes investment, consulting, and information technology. He is an entrepreneur with a global mindset. His proven track record in corporate expansion brings exciting opportunities for Reflex in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.
A proud New York native bringing eight years of industry experience in film and branded content, Armand has produced campaigns on the global stages of the World Economic Forum, UN Climate Change Conference, and Design Pavilion, for clients including MasterCard, Cognizant, and the Consulate Generals of Denmark and Quebec. Specializing in narrative strategy and production, Armand is driven by innovation, sustainability, and social action.
McGill University and Sciences Po Graduate, Siham focused on English and Cultural Studies. She started as a freelance copywriter in 2019 and has since worked at Lefty and Tribe Dynamics, specializing in social media, content & influencer marketing.
Matteo contributes to developing the strategic direction of international premium and luxury retail companies. While living and working in Italy, Germany, France, Belgium and Australia, he supported brands in their international expansion, tackling the inevitable criticalities. During his career, he has been part of high-level management in Diesel (OTB), Eastpak (VF), Uniqlo (Fast Retailing), and Aēsop (Natura).
Originally from sunny San Diego, Sam’s work with Hublot, Shiseido, and SHEIN has transformed him into an avid collector of SoWs. Stints in Vancouver, Hong Kong, and New York led him to strategize, write, and manage work from a dynamic perspective. When off the clock, Sam takes long walks around the city with his camera.
